have you seen any sun dresses with spaghetti straps and shearing at top about knee length?

Is shearing "smocking"? (sorry, not a great fashionista!).
If so, I know H&M have them and was in Next yesterday and saw a lovely one in deep pink.

Phew, was worried that I had made huge fashion faux pas.
The one I saw in Next (I think thay had other colours) looked fab, I have too large a chest/bingo wings to contemplate them tho.
