Swimming costumes for big boobs

Can anyone recommend some?
I don’t want underwired ones.
Just can’t seem to find any that boobs sit nicely in with some decent support… TIA 😊

IME monoboob is inevitable without underwires. Is it for swimming or just lying on the beach?

CarnivorousHipPain · 04/02/2025 18:16

Have you looked on Pour Moi? You can probably get a swimsuit with a built in bra there.

I'm an E cup and I find them very comfy.

Unsure what your budget is but for low/mid range prices I find some of the speedo ones have a shelf and contain well without bad mono boob- can’t post a pic of the style I wear but go to the speedo website. Another non sexy brand but do the job re support is Landsend swimwear. I have a couple of suits from M&S too that aren’t bad for support. I’m afraid you’ll have to try on loads and 🤞🏼
I find it all so hit and miss OP but like yourself I hate wired swimsuits.

Go on Amazon and look at bikinis. I stopped wearing one pieces altogether when I realised a good bikini was way more flattering for the boobs.

Mumof1andacat · 05/02/2025 00:06

As a big boobed person all my life, currently in an h cup, swimming costumes give no support. I have tended to wear a bikini with a tankini over the top if I want tummy coverage. It might help that I'm short so most tankinis are like vest length on me

I've always struggled with swimming costumes due to HH boobs (and not wanting to spend £60+). I found this style in M&S which actually fits really well in a 16 and offers good support. It's great value and send they do different patterns/colours each year. www.marksandspencer.com/tummy-control-printed-padded-swimsuit/p/clp60698288?color=GREENMIX#intid=pid_pg2pip48g2r23c2

Bravissimo is good

I ordered a heap off Simply Be last summer to try on at home, the best support ones I found were figleaves, I seem to remember they go off bra sizes. Don't rule out bikinis either, I had for years but higher waisted bottoms to hide my mum tum were a game changer.

HalfasleepChrisintheMorning · 05/02/2025 06:27

Fantasie - I wear high waisted bikinis but they do tankinis and costumes too

youngestisapsycho · 05/02/2025 07:15

Thanks all… off for a look 👀

Best one piece I ever bought was from an overseas brand called Andie. I have the Tulum swimsuit and I always feel well supported when I wear it and dare I say, a little fabulous too?! But be warned - it’s not cheap.

Generally I need bra sized which usually does mean underwire unfortunately (really annoys me too as they tend to put them too far apart for me). But this swimsuit from next comes in tonnes of colours and has lots of boob room (am G / GG, size 14).

Now wishing I hadn't looked this up for you as I don't need another swimsuit but the colours this year are more interesting than the one I bought last year....

So I ordered loads from Next and this one was the winner!
Nice fitting, adjustable straps and holds the boobs nicely without squishing them to a weird shape!

I’ve ordered some from M&S too so will update when they arrive 😊
