Beauty or fashion buys in Rome

Off to Italy on Wednesday, mainly doing the ancient Roman stuff plus rugby so won't have ages to spend time. Just wondering if any ideas of something you can only get in Italy or is much cheaper. I don't do designer scams

So jealous.
Rome still has plenty of little shops with bonkers Italian fashion. They are good buys. Leather boots and shoes from these places are good too.

I can think of anything that you can do a supermarket / pharmacy dash for except Prosecco. If you haven't got time to shop I wouldn't sweat it. Just enjoy the lovely food and city.
