If you get these as a subscription , was the perfume missing from your box ?
Mine was and looked online , they reckon it is worth £32 , yet when you complain they offer you £5 credit .
I know we are only paying £15 / £13 a month but when they say it's worth £65 a month and you are short of the main / most expensive item . Other than the spf ( worth £7 if you look on Amazon ) the rest are just sachets !
I'm a bit miffed .

Last month didn't get the cleansing balm that was,supposedly, in January's box .
What is going on ?

Got mine today. No perfume for me either 😡 This is only my second box so not impressed. I've cancelled and am going to look for an alternative.

I also didn't receive a perfume.
The box was the worst so far.

Last month I never received the Elemis cleansing balm , and then this month no perfume . I'm 9/12 into my subscription and told them I'm not renewing .
The last few months have been rubbish .

I've received a second box this morning! Still with the perfume missing. Think they've lost the plot 😂

I got an email last night stating that after I'd complained about not receiving the perfume (I hadn't!) it will be included in the March box.

I didn't receive the perfume but also didn't realise it was missing but did I did get the email saying it was missing!

I have subscribed for ages and this really was the worst box I've seen.

What was it supposed to have in it? I agree it was a bit lacklustre and sachet heavy. I do like the rhubarb and ginger shower gel though.

I agree, the box is very poor.

I love the MB shower gel but the Murad/Avant (can't remember which one) undereye patches are single use.
The Revolution (Revolution? Really??!!) lipliner is big standard.

I'm also considering cancelling.

Are there better beauty boxes out there?

As I've said upthread , I've cancelled mine . Three more to go.
Then I think I'll give them a miss for awhile before trying another brand so as @MonkeyTennis34 asked , which other ones do you get & are they any better ?

It was a poor box although I always appreciate a sunscreen. All beauty boxes are hit and miss in a subjective sense though, even Liberty which is probably the best one I know of.

I still think it has the edge on GlossyBox because I've had some decent LF discounts on orders due to being a subscriber and you get a discount on edits and the advent calendar which can make it worthwhile.

I cancelled GB after trying for 3 months because the ratio of cheap/ unknown/ private label products etc. was worse than LF. Other than a discount on the advent calendar or the occasional edit that interested me I didn't feel it was worth it.

I also didn't like the GB packaging - the boxes seem too nice to throw in the recycle bin but equally I have no use for for a load of pretty boxes that clutter up the house. I like that LF is just plain and recyclable now.

I'll probably keep LF for a while longer and see if it improves.
