Tightening crepey skin on arms

Is there some sort of magic cream that will improve my arms?! Since losing weight my skin is quite loose and wrinkled on the tops or my arms. I can handle having the loose skin, it's just the wrinkles and crepe like appearance that I hate!

This happened to me too and I was shocked by the crepe skin as I moisturise daily. Believe me, nothing helps but time and your own skin elasticity, or gaining some weight again...
