To have just bought a tiered floral dress? 😬

I've only gone and bought it! A 1. maxi 2. tiered 3. floral dress. At least it doesn't have puff sleeves.

What can I say? It caught my eye and it fits well. But we all know those trends are well and truly done.

Honest question, would you have bought such an dress at this point in time?

Well I’m sorry the image is not available, so I can’t see your dress, @amoreoamicizia.

Tedious conversation. It's 2025, wear what you love. Like the thread on skinnies. If you can find these things for sale, you're not the only one wearing them.

Call it a gathered hem, ditzy print instead.

That’s fine, see?

I wouldn't buy anything tiered, regardless of trends, but if you like it and feel good then it really doesn't matter surely?
I buy what I like and what suits me, but also prefer buying to last, so I don't jump on trends - I do sometimes follow them by accident though!

I wouldn’t, honestly with a light tan and a pair of flat nude sandals it will look lovely in the summer. Be confident. Be yourself. Don’t shorten it, it will look weird. We all have different styles. It’s pretty colours.

I also got this in navy in the sales, 28 quid. I know a lot of people won’t like it, high neck, long, drab to some, but I also know I will wear it a lot in the summer, at home, out with friends, even down the supermarket

wear what makes you feel good. Our styles are very different, neither something others would love, who cares.

That's a nice dress. Classic shape. Could be dressed up or down.
