Lacura Collagen - any good?

I was in Aldi the other day perusing the middle aisle of delights. They have tropical and mixed berry collagen powders - bovine for 3 quid odds.

I thought about it but I've never used before. Has anyone here or used an equivalent that they would recommend?

If I was to buy it, what improvements have you seen taking such a supplement?

Thank you.

Following because I’m interested if collagen is helpful too

I tried those last time they came around - it was powder form?
They were ok, powder mixed easily and I found it drinkable.
I think you need at least 10,000mg to have an effective dose?

I didn’t stick with it though - Marine cologne is supposed to be better, and I found one that tasted better which is also premixed on amazon.

Is it effective? I don’t know. Seems a better idea than spending money on expensive creams through.

Not sure on the aldi ones specifically, but yes collagen is brilliant to take as powder form so it actually gets absorbed and bovine is generally the better one. Like any supplement it isn't a miracle worker, but it does have benefits.
