This is going to sound daft but the best lycra vest tops imo that do all of what you ask are maternity ones. They're no different as far as I can work out, just longer and stronger. Mine come from H&M.

Try these from Pantalon Chameleon here. I have one in brown and it is v good, supportive and full of lycra, plus it is quite long (not super long but I am long-bodied and am happy with it). I will be buying a couple more this summer.

Ah, shame, they give a great shape otherwise. What about buying a bigger size than usual so there is more nork room? Lycra content should still keep waist snug.

If you are generous of nork, try bravissimo strappy tops - about £34 each I think but they do what you want and don't need a bra with them.
