Help! Is it hot enough in the South today to wear a summery on the knee dress this evening?

Going out to dinner with a big group of friends and can only think of that to wear- with a shrug thing. I know there will be thin girls wearing them but how about a size 18 29 year old?

Yes, why not? But you may not want to take style advice from me as I am your size and currently slobbing around the house in a Mickey Mouse T shirt and cut offs!

Definitely - go for it. Only thing is that it might get cooler after dark than it would in 'proper' summer (whatever that is).
