thinking of these boots so hard! Will they make my feet look big? I have size 40 euro/7 Uk?

I'm a size 6 (5ft 7) and I am currently wearing flat ankle boots... I think they look fine, FWIW. Why not just order them and see....? 😁

(But it is possible countless random strangers will chase after you in the street to compliment your footwear. This has happened with all my Grenson shoes and boots.)

Do check the guidance on different lasts - it can make a difference to what size actually fits you best.

I don't have those boots, but I have a very similar style in a size 8, and no, I'm certain my feet don't look huge. I'm tall though. But I have to say, I have never in my life looked at someone's feet (which I often do as I love boots) and thought their feet looked big (or small)!

I guarantee you are the only person who cares about the size of your feet.

If you like the boots, get them

I regularly wear chunky boots that make my feet look enormous....I like to think it's all part of the look! 😂
