I need some bounce to my bosom!

I'm post menopausal and have lost my boobs almost entirely...they've shrunk and sagged and have lost their perk. Is there a bra that can disguise this? I don't want an underwired, push up, plunge down cleavage enhancer (far too uncomfy) - I think what I'm looking for a foam bosom-in-a-bra to give me some shape! Is that weird? Everything I google brings up is a wonder bra type thing but I basically want fake boobs I can strap myself into!. I generally wear a M&S bralette which hasnt got much shape, but it woukd be nice to be able to pretend i still have a shape sometimes. Any ideas?

(Reading this back I sound like I'm some sort of pantomime dame, maybe this is what I need!)

What size are you ? Would be worth getting fitted as your shape has changed. What you may want is a “t shirt bra” , a padded cup (but without any extra push up padding), that just gives a bit of shape and support.

I agree with @Christwosheds - t-shirt bras have moulded cups rather than padded so smooth them into a natural shape with a bit of perk. The moulding feels like a thin flattened layer of foam so could work for you!

Somebody posted a shaped bra on the model with nipples showing thread a few days ago, but it came with fake nipples...

Both my daughters (teenagers) wear t shirt bras from M&S, one wears the flexifit wired version the other prefers an unwired for school. The wired bra gives a more defined shape but both styles have molded cups that are also soft and stretchy (some molded cups are made of a more rigid mesh with thin padding over them).
These are inexpensive and come in a wide range of sizes and some nice colours as well as the basics , dd1 has the bright red and the Smokey green.
For something less basic then have a look at t shirt bras on the Bravissimo website, if your cup size is small the same bras may be available elsewhere in smaller cup sizes. https://www.marksandspencer.com/flexifit-wired-full-cup-t-shirt-bra-a-e/p/dsa8a2cdd3a929480be345ff68164b226e
This is the thinly padded wired bra with the most coverage.

non wired T shirt bra.

a more glam version, not a push up even though it looks like that in pics.

I was a 32dd but I'd say I'm a 32 aa now! Getting measured is a good idea - I wonder if there is online fitting available anywhere.

I'll look into t shirt bras, you're right, it's something moulded I need. Maybe flat nipples might be a bit much tho 😁😁

Thanks for your help!

@Christwosheds excellent info, thanks so much! I will investigate ☺️

You probably haven’t gone from a dd to an aa, more likely post menopause you have lost upper volume, have you lost weight generally ? Maybe try a 30d as a starting point, or a 32 c. There are measuring guides online but I find them generally not super accurate, and sizing varies so much by brand and style that really the only thing is to try on loads, and see what fits.

I have a great bra with a padded boost added into the cups from John Lewis. It gives an amazing shape (same age and issues as you!) and adds at least a cup size! They don't have the exact one any more but it's a bit like this

Ooo that curvy Kate one looks good! Right, some good options here, you're right, I just need to get a good trying on session. You guys have given me hope that there's a solution- thanks ☺️
