Spots, why now?

I have never suffered with spots, even as a teenager but now at 27 I am getting them all over my forehead

I've recently started eating really cheap, processed food, could this genuinly effect my skin like this??

yes! Why have you started? Try and drink more water and cut down on the rubbishy food..

I'm 30 and always had clear skin, until I was 25.

Facial (especially forhead) spots have troubled me ever since.

My GP and the dermatologist's responses were that "it sometimes happens". Very helpful.

Tried all the pills and potions to no avail.

I now just wash my face with water and use a moisturiser from the Simple range. It's by no means clear, but better.

I've always ate a good, varied diet. Diet has nothing to do with zit-prone skin, apparently.

Ever since I turned 30 both my skin and hair changed. Skin went greasier, hair went very dry.

I eventually had my long hair cut short because it was just too dry and out of control.

I also started getting more spots, especially on the chin.

I'm now 38 and - touch wood - my skin has calmed down again with just the odd blemish, but my hair remains dry.

I put it all down to hormones.

I am 36 and have loads of spots on my forehead. This, according to Gillian McKeith is a problem in the intestine area so maybe that links in with the processed food ? Spots on the chin are hormonal waycat.
Its a bummer but I recently bought some microdermabrasion stuff from Avon and it seems to be working!
