Have lost a bit of weight recently, and I know I am wearing completely the wrong bra size.... went to M and S, primarily to wear a sports bra and the fitter there decided I was a 36A, walked out with a sports bra which, when I got home and tried on flet very uncomfortable. SO trolleyed off to Debenhams and the lady there decided I was a 32D which was a bit of a have also now got a sports bra and another bra which on arrival home am not convinced by. Feel like the bra is wearing me rather than fitting nicely and giving me a nicer and more uplifting shape. I feel like I have really lost tone, from bf 2 dds and losing weight and all I have left are a couple of saggy pitta bread boobs....

So.... where can I go to get a reliable fitting? I could go to brighton, crawley, tunbridge wells, croydon (at a push) london or bluewater? Is rigby and peller worth it?

HELP!!!!

Bravissimo is great because they don't use tape measures, they try things on you and use their eyes!

Often what happens to the bigger women is the shops that don't do their size will change their back size to fit. Up a back size, down a cup. The two sizes you are talking about are the same across the bust.

Commonly when looking at charts they tell you to add 4" if you are an even number and 5" if you are an odd number. DON'T DO IT! You don't need that much roomand it's not going to support the bigger woman. Clothes come with room built in and that's why you have adjustable straps on bras. Just make sure you get one that you fasten on the middle hook.
