Botox and effectiveness. What do I say to the beautician?

Had my first Botox session approx 2 months ago. Forehead only but all areas of it. The first session only really seemed to work in my 11s but it did work really well there. At the review, we agreed it hadn't taken well on the centre (normal forehead lines but quite thick set as I obviously do a lot of judging/thinking) so she adjusted. It worked a little more but after a month I again had full movement. I'm booked in again this month and am nervous that I need to say the right thing to ensure I get the coverage and movement reduction that I want. Essentially, if it doesn't work this time I won't be paying for it again or will need to find someone else but it took me a long time to find her.

Do I need to ask for more injections?
Pay for more for more of a dose?
Ask for a stronger dose?

Is she not offering you a a review at 7-10 days and giving you a top up if it hasn’t taken adequately? I see a medical Dr (ex GP) and this is what she always does. No charge for any extra needed at this review it’s included in the initial price.

I have needed immediate top up this twice but now we have the amount and areas all sorted although I do have a full set of injections done every 12 weeks on the dot as I’m a fast metaboliser.

Yes had the review and this helped a lot but still wasn't happy fully. It seemed to just sit in my 11s which were gone but only minimal elsewhere. I couldn't furrow my brow and I loved it. It would be very helpful to me in life if my face didn't give away what I'm thinking so much.

I’m one of the unlucky people who it doesn’t last on. I lift weights and do lots of cardio so apparently I metabolise it quickly. I said on another thread that I have the body of a goddess and the face of a scrotum.

I snort laughed at that. But it's really shit because despite my constant gym, I have the body of a flump and the face of the lady from titanic. I'm not quite 40 😭

I had quite deep 11s and after 4 sessions they are starting to be less deep even when I need it doing again if that makes sense. I do gym a lot though so it doesn’t last longer than 4 months, and my dentist who does it adjusted the injection sites slightly after the first session which improved the effect. She uses Azzalure not Botox brand.

Thanks for the positivity! I don't want to drop over £1k to see any difference 😭

Thank you @sparklecat88 unfortunately they’re the other end of the country. I’ve given up with it for now. I went back for a second time and it lasted longer but still not three months.
