Bought these trousers from ASOS for a 40th birthday day out and I absolutely love them - they are petite length and I could only wear them with flats or low heels.

No problem I thought, as I would wear some low heeled silver sling-back shoes - they're comfortable-ish but wouldn't want to walk far in them.
So herein lies the problem - we're now doing a silent disco walk through the city which means I'll be walking for an hour straight and not sure my feet will hold up!
I'd planned to wear the trainers with a black bodysuit and black blazer - I don't want to wear trainers as I very rarely wear them at the best of times other than to the gym so I'm a bit stumped! I struggle with finding comfortable proper shoes anyway, I used to be a ballet dancer and my toes are completely bent and wrecked. For walking it would usually be Crocs/Uggs in winter or flip flops/DM sandals in summer! (This will be winter)
