Brands and labels with style and comfort

Since I hit my 40s I suddenly cannot stand any pressure around my waist. I've always been a jeans/trousers and bold tee/strucrured top with boots or trainers and jewellery sort of a woman.
Suddenly I feel really out of sorts in all my usual stuff, mainly because my waistline literally hurts wearing jeans now.
Are there any brands, labels or designers whose dresses/looser fitting outfits that are both genuinely stylish and interesting and also properly comfortable ?

Loads! Depends on your style and budget (or patience for pre-owned). Don’t know if any of these are your sort of thing?

Egg
Klements
Rendez-vous Store
Justine Tabak
Plümo
Rejina Pyo

Ok these are all wonderful but waaaay out of my average budget.
I would usually be looking at £100 max for a piece.

Find some things you like and stalk them til the end of the sales - that often works. (Within reason, of course.)

Have you looked at

Community Clothing
Beyond Nine
American Vintage

The first has dresses well within your budget (and doesn’t do sales). The other two do have sales that would put things below £100. As does

Toast

You can obviously buy things much cheaper than any of these full price - but if you want generous cutting and good design and decent fabrics …

It's a bit of sifting but Oysho makes dupes of a lot of things by the brand Cordera which is all one size, loose fitting but still interesting and not just shapeless.

You could also look at Olive Clothing which would be upper end of your budget, might need to buy in sales. Their one size approach tends to be more for sustainability reasons than stylistic though.
