Hotter trainers for gammy feet, £47 in the sales, very comfy. Sainsburys straight leg jeans in dark wash, about £20 I think. Dark grey jumper Uniqlo, lovely and cosy £25 in a flash sale. Socks from a multi pack from M&S probably a couple of quid tops, undies about a fiver, and vest top with a bra in it, I think possibly £17.

So a grand total of £116!! that's quite a lot for me tbh. Especially as I haven't left the house all day except to get the bin back in.

Christmas present pajamas with a long sleeve top a family member gave me. Socks, knickers and bra can't remember but won't have been much!!

I tend to get classic items, can now afford decent quality, but wear them a lot so they cost pennies per wear when I let them go. I am still wearing a polo-neck from M&S that wasn't new when I was PG ...DD is now at Uni...

I am wearing jeans (Hiut girlfriend style, because I'm coming back to a narrower shape) that are old enough to have holes in the pockets. Cost c£200 but have been worn long and hard for 9 years or so. Uniqlo Henley T that they stopped making four years ago, about £14, and an M&S navy cashmere V-neck jumper which either I or my late mum could have bought. Between us we bought and wore them out. And underwear obviously. Shoes are olive green. ankle height, desert boots but with velcro fasteners that came from a very lovely shoe shop in Hereford via their online sale.

Lovely day out and about with a friend today - lunch and charity shops!

The heating engineer is coming round today to do survey and then back tomorrow to fit the new boiler. Hopefully by tomorrow evening we’ll be back in our shorts and T shirts😂.
Once the engineers have been I’m off to the tip and to do a few jobs while enjoying sub tropical temperatures in the car. I’m tempted to just sit in it with the seat heaters on at the moment.

I’m at home all day, not working.

I’ve just been taking a quick pic on the hanger. My biggest frustration has been no pics online of just the item - all of them with a model - so I photograph on the hanger in that case too.

Love those boots! I have the Penelope Chilvers version - they do annoy me a bit when I want to cross my legs (due to zip placement), but they are so fab!

Dh says I look like a CBeebies presenter today - think it’s the pinafore, but I like it so sod him!
