I want some really nice pyjamas (I'm fussy!)

I'm after some really nice new pyjamas to replace all my mismatched pairs... I feel as though I've looked at every single pair on the entire Internet and still can't find any suitable.

Criteria:

-Short sleeves (not sleeveless) and long trousers.
-I'm quite short so either petite, or standard if not too long.
-I like cuffed trousers (which means standard is often ok).
-Not fitted, I'm a 14 and tend to go up to at least a 16, or a 16/18 in nightwear.
-Cotton, the stretchy sort.
-No transferred pictures so they feel hard on the front.
-Not a plain top.
-A nice/fun design, either woodland, animals, flowers, dinosaurs... (not twee/too cutest or with a slogan, and no dogs, teddy bears or cats).
-Not red, orange, grey, beige... I tend to go for blues, greens, purples etc. Don't mind the former if it has a nice pattern.
-Under £30.

I think that's it...has anyone seen any nice sets?

Joanie would be worth a look especially in terms of print and being cotton but not in terms of the sleeve length you want.

Next have some lovely ones that may suit.

I got some gorgeous ones from Joanie, the trousers have pockets!! Also have some lovely Ralph Lauren ones from TKMaax. Another great brand is 'their nibs'

Have you tried Next? I buy similar styles to you and they usually have a good selection of cuffed bottoms and t shirt tops

John Lewis worth a look too

Cyber jammies?

Robin60 · 31/12/2024 17:19

Chelsea Peers are excellent, we’ll worth a look.

I've got a few pairs of cyberjammies they do short sleeve styles too. Nice material, they have pockets and wash well.

I got a couple of lovely looking pyjama tops from cyberjammies, however the tops went bobbley really quickly and I don't think worth the £ at all sadly.

This is a lovely set - I have it in black and navy. Although the under-top is sleeveless you have a matching long sleeved over top which is super handy. Trousers have pockets. No naff logos. Wash well. I’m a size 16 and 5ft2. The trousers are a little long but not in an awful way.

I will continue to watch this thread though as my dream would be the above recommended set but with cuffed trousers!

I went for some Blue House ones in the end, not cuffed legs and need taking up, but very nice! I will save all of the suggestions though for next time...
