Drink water - I do terribly at this in winter time
Have a weekly pamper session with LED mask/ face mask/dermaroller/RF at home.
Take collagen again - I had a horrible time with bovine collagen causing spots and it knocked me off my stride but I need to get back on the plant based one as it worked really well.
Take a supplement for hair - just getting very dry and a bit thin at the back.
Do weekly manicures/use nightly handcream.
6 weekly gel toes.
3 x weekly weights and 2x weekly yoga with 30 min walk 5 x week.
Back to no alcohol in house (hah!). This will start on 13th Jan! Only allowed a drink if I actually go out!
No sugar/no carb. Again from 13th Jan.
