Now I understand why Next clothes do not fit me

Anyone seen their TV ad? Those skinny mini models prancing about on holiday?
Not that I am jealous or anything (much) but I see now why their damn clothes never fit me!

It's all shit anyway, apart from the baby stuff.

Their sizing used to be so much better. I have trousers from 7 years ago size 10 that still fit me however I can bearly sqeeze into the 12s that they sell now.

Kid's stuff is gross.

I only wanted to buy a suit for interviews & tried on every style they had, in the same size, yet they were all different sizes if you know what I mean? I wasted AGES in Next. I'm petite so it is one of the only shops that offers half decent suits for vertically challenged types like myself .
Waste of time, never again.

Baby stuff ok, don't know why some people covet it though!

Their clothes are ridiculously cut. Too big on the thigh, too small on the waist. And usually horrible too.

Kids clothes ok though.

Somehow the huge queues outside the shops at Sale time and bags stuffed with half price 'bargains' somehow negates the fact that their clothes are generally badly fitting and shit!!

Perhaps - but buying on ebay still doesn't make the clothes fit any better ...

Somehow I would need a LARGE incentive to face a NEXT store at sale time...

but next sizes are massive!

I can fit into a 12 in next jeans and I am a good 14!

I can't get up at 4.30am for a holiday, doubt I'd make it for a sale, even if I did wanna buy their stuff!

I agree that Next sizes are HUGE. I fit into 8 trousers in next and I am 10 really.

I bought some jeans from there in desperation (normally avoid the place like the plague) and they were huge and too short.

They were supposedly a 12 reg but came up more like a 14 short.
