Is there any such thing as belly control pants but for pregnancy?

I have a party Saturday and I have a really nice maternity dress. My belly is round but really saggy at the bottom.

With the dress on you can see my knicker line at the front with my belly saggyness hanging over iykwim.

Is there anything I can get??

I'd just wear normal belly control ones at this stage. In fact I wore mine last weekend, at 18 weeks.

I got some from blooming marvellous wore them through all three pgs when as you say a nice smooth line was called for under dresses!
