I'm.wanting to give some TLC and coax growth for my thinning menopausal har.

Bothnthese products seem to get consistently good reviews, dies anyone have any experience of them?

I can tell my hair on the front and top of my head is thinner snd want to try and encourage growth.

If hair loss is affecting your perception of self then don't waste your money on cosmetics. Look into cause (deficiencies, hormonal? ) and whether there is a medical treatment available to give you results.
