How to wash a fake fur coat?

My daughter bought a per una fake fur coat in a charity shop. The care label is completely faded.
What is the best way to wash it?
Thought I'd ask here after seeing the thread on a fake fur coat and so many people having one!

What is it made of? I have a teddy bear coat I take to the dry cleaners, and another I bung in the hand wash cycle.

I have a per Una fake fur and just chuck it in the wash on a regular 40 degree cycle. Comes out fine.

If the care label is faded, I'd assume it's been washed many times already and just chuck it in the machine on a gentle wash with some liquid wash.

(I am not claiming this is a flawless plan, it's just what I'd do.)

It's like faux animal fur rather than teddy (unless I don't know what teddy bear is!)

Thanks everyone, good point about the faded label already been washed many times. Will put it ion a hand wash cycle and cross everything.
