Are White Fix Sleeves supposed to be long?

Just ordered a hoodie for my daughter but the sleeves are massive. I can try and order a size down but I'm worried that's the style. Any experience anyone?

I had the same problem the jumpers come up huge! Ended up buying XXS for my 13DD and it's still big - she's a tall size 8.
