Starpowa hair skin and nails

Has anyone tried these? Are they any better than regular hair skin and nails tablet?

I‘m using the collagen ones and really liking them. I have been taking a multivitamin but am wondering whether to swap for the hair skin and nails as apparently they are a good combo

Made zero difference when I tried them.

i use a vitamin D mouth spray and it makes my nails look amazing

Thanks. I don’t want to get caught up in the hype but they have such good reviews
