These jeans, is the rise just too high?

I'm not a fan but it seems almost impossible to find a comfy pair of jeans that aren't up to my bra

But I love the idea of these, and wondered if anyone had a pair? It's a long shot as Finisterre aren't exactly high fashion. But would you find this rise just a bit too high? I am 5'4, with a short torso!

I like high rise, but they look a tad Simon Cowell to me!

Think you'd have to wear a white t shirt and a belt to give illusion of more space above.

I'm 5"3 and find petite jeans are the best for the rise. I get mid rise and they sit where I like them, below the belly button

I'm 5'8 with a longish torso, and these sit nicely on my waist, so they may not be the right cut for you.
