Talk to me about the Dyson Airstrait

Am considering buying this as an xmas present for my DD....is it worth the investment? I like the idea that it is a straightener and hair dryer in one....She has long straight hair but still uses straightners on it.

I'm glad I got mine, I used to fry with a hairdryer and round brush then finish off with straighteners. The Airstrait works out a bit quicker and is lower heat and less effort. Doesn't give quite as sleek a finish as with straighteners but for me it's been worth it.

PS John Lewis currently has £50 off, but if you buy direct from Dyson you can try for 30 days and return if not happy.
