Artsy/peculiar clothing brands?

I'm a maximalist and absolutely love anything loud, lots of patterns and fabrics that isn't super expensive, anything with a hippy or sort of gothy twist is perfect, do you know any good websites? I prefer dresses, had a look on Joe Browns but it's all a bit meh

There is a Scandanavian lady I think her name starts with Gudren or Godrun Sigarr something or other. I tried to find her name but it won't come up.
