HELP which dress do I order for Christmas party?

Ordered 2 dresses for DH’s Christmas party off Vinted. Arrived today and don’t like either of them!

I’m seriously broke but have nothing to wear to this do. It’s in a stately home/ Manor House type place. 3 course meal and disco. Trouble is I don’t know how dressy it’s going to be and don’t know anyone going!

I like both of these dresses, the red one would suit my shape etc better I think, I’d have to team it with black tights and heels.

The grey I feel could be more ‘appropriate?’

Which one do you like/ would you order if you were me? I’ve got dark blonde hair, blue eyes, am 5’3 and size 8.

The party is Saturday night so really not much time.

Are you going for classy, or party girl vibes? The grey is more stately home, the red more disco, lol. I would wear the grey myself.

Another vote for the grey dress, much more classy than the red and a safer choice given that you don’t know what anyone else will be wearing.

The red one looks cheap and nasty, like something you'd see kicking about the bigg market on a Saturday night.
