Collagen? Hair loss related

Just wondering if anyone has started taking collagen, and recognised any benefits?

My hair loss is becoming quite bad, it feels really thin now 🙁 and I'm wondering whether to try this, or if there are any supplements that any of you have taken that felt like they've worked?

TIA

Just get some minoxidil from Amazon. The only thing that’s medically proven to work.

@FloralGums never even heard of it! I'll have a look now, thank you Smile

I had some collagen which I did think helped, but I've now got a new brand and not seeing any further benefits.

The one that seemed to work was called Swedish Collagen deluxe and was liquid. I'm currently taking Revive.

I've just looked it up and the Swedish one was 2 and a half times stronger! Maybe that's what made the difference?

get the men's minoxidil in the blue foam tube.

Yes, make sure you are consistent with it and you will see some baby hairs growing a month in, keep at it :)

Make sure that if you use minoxidil you are prepared to use it forever. It's not a temporary thing.

I've had good results with perfectil gummies and I've now added in biotin and, calcium and collagen. Hoping for an improvement in the next 12 months.

And cover your hair at night x
