Treatment for dry nails- Nails Inc?

My nails are so dry but not fragile or breaking.
The top surface of my nails is white and just looks dried out! I've also got vertical ridges (it's an age thing, not a health issue.)

Nails Inc do an oil, a pink base coat that's also a nail food and their kale nail food. Hard to choose.

Any recommendations?

I like their nail kale, my issue with it is it chips quickly so not sure how effective as a treatment it is.

I really rate Margaret Dabbs for nail/hands/feet products: https://www.margaretdabbs.co.uk/concerns/weak-or-damaged-fingernails/ I love the cuticle oil and have used the nail treatment- I prefer that to the OPI nail envy. That’s another treatment that you might want to look into? My first recommendation would be Margaret dabbs, then OPI, then Essie and then nails Inc!

I've used loads of nail treatments and honestly the best thing I've found is a big dollop of Vaseline rubbed in twice a day. I keep a jar by the sink and one by my bed.

The best way to tackle poor nail health is by improving your diet
https://www.emedihealth.com/nutrition/foods-for-healthy-nails

I eat tonnes of all of those things and almost all of them every day. My diet's excellent (had my gut health analysed.)

I think it's probably because I do a lot of cleaning without rubber gloves- limescale remover, bath products etc.
