Anyone managed to remove / reduce all the unwanted extras off their body / face?a

Aged 46, I have some scattered seborrheic keratosis over my torso, many little moles of all colours, couple of tiny skin tags, some age spots. Just had two biggest SK spots removed and on of the blood spots. Just wondered if I can get all of these eventually removed by end of next year or is it a pointless battle and all these will keep growing back with age? Pure vanity on my side.

They probably will keep appearing, but surely better to get rid of them than letting them take over!

Regarding the seborrheic keratosism, I can only go by experience of a very close family member, but they just got more and more as they got older.
Even so, if having them removed is an option for you, it seems worth going with that for as long as you can.

Where would you get them removed? Private dermatologist?

@leli my local aesthetician, privately.

I had all skin tags and cherry angiomas removed in my 30s, and a mole from my face. For me it was well worth it, as it is quick and simple.

In my 50s now, some more angiomas appeared but I zapped them myself with an electrolysis pen. No more skin tags have appeared I don't think.

I don't have SKs yet, so not sure about them. The freckle sun damage on my arms I've just left as they don't bother me that much. I'm thinking of getting an age spot lasered off my hand.

I'd rather spend money on something permanent like this than expensive creams and facials.

@Sayoonara I have loads of cherry angioma. What pen did you use? Do you have any scarring. I would love to get rid of the bigger ones, but it worries me, I would be left with lots of little white scars.

My pen isn't the best, so I won't recommend it. there are quite a few on ebay. They also are a bit hit and miss, as in it might take a few goes for the bigger ones, so probably better to go to a beautician. I had about 50 tiny ones though so used a pen for hat.

They just shrink and dry up, they don't leave a scar. You can also get a beautician to do it with advanced electrolysis, or get them lasered as well. I just got a relatively large one lasered off my face - no issue, one zap, took a few days to shrink and disappear, and now no trace.
