Christmas party or any party meal

Do others wear makeup or just a nice outfit, hair dried and shoes.

Or do you go all out to look glam or different?

Sometimes I'm not sure if makeup makes me look worse!

What is others routine going out to one of these events?

It depends where and with who but generally I wear a jumper, jeans and flat boots. I will wear make up and earrings and have freshly styled hair. I usually get my nails done at Xmas.

Since I wear a bit of makeup every day, I step it up a notch for going out. Eyeliner a bit heavier and lips a bit darker. My normal daytime look is minimal and neutral.

I feel more confident when I know I look nice.

Then night?

Only been to one party this year but yes I wear make up. Otherwise why put all that effort into my outfit and then go out looking like I couldn't be bothered? But a little goes a long way so certainly not full glam, just a bit of foundation, simple eye shadow, mascara and maybe a bit of lipstick a few shades darker than my own. My hair is the one thing I never have to worry about as it's thick and wavy and generally is the best looking thing about me with no effort.
