A dress for Xmas day with some serious tummy control?

Have lost a lot of weight and want to show it off (size 10/12)

I have Spanx but would still.like some tummy coverage tricks!

Also had to have some sleeve

I mean this gently but will that not be really uncomfortable? I understand the desire to show off weight loss, but spending Xmas day in shape wear and a control dress sounds utterly miserable.

I have lots 40lbs this year but still have a belly. Not a chance will I be trying wearing control wear on Xmas day, would be utterly miserable. Wear something comfy and enjoy the day!

I'm going to hang on in case anybody actually answers the OP's question rather than giving advice on what they think she should wear.
Probably won't wear it Christmas Day as it's just DH and me at home but a dress with tummy control sounds great for other occasions.

A runched waist is your friend, it disguises your problem area without being uncomfortable

Dress for your shape would be my advice, skater style look good on me. I find Damsel in a dress have great built in tummy control in their wiggle dresses. Anything in Scuba material, Karen Millen usually has a few each season. Personally I'm a pjs all the way girl on Christmas Day.

I wear shapewear everyday post weightloss. It actually makes it more comfortable for me!

I didn't ask you to!

I wear it everyday. It's not uncomfortable at all, it makes everything feel secure and it's an extra layer in the cold.

I recommend these all the time on here, but a ‘wear your own bra’ shape slip is what you want.

like this from em n ess

I'm covered on the shapewear
I've got about 6 pieces from Heyshape and they work miracles.

Was just hoping to find a dress that would be nice for the day but thankyou!
