I am turning 39 on Friday, and having a party round at my house that evening to celebrate. I'm decorating the house during the day for Christmas (my version of Christmas is high camp and glittery and basically disco) and I have decided that even though I'll only be in my own living room I want to match. Feeling very wobbly all of a sudden about almost being 40 so feel like this is probably in response to that!
I had a bereavement a few months ago which derailed my previous weight loss efforts and generally meant I stopped all forms of self care- so I feel a bit like a flabby tired blamanche. I have this morning had an everything shower, tinted my eyebrows and slapped on some fake tan so I can look vaguely more attractive by Saturday, but I've decided I want a new dress as well to make the most of things.
It's been so long since I bought a sexy outfit I don't really know where to begin! I'm a size 14, 5 foot 11, nice boobs and legs and don't mind showing off either, but flabby round the middle with love handles that I'd rather not flaunt. I'm a bright winter, so look best in pink but open to other colours too! Help!
