Please help me find a pair of black lace up ankle boots

I'm looking for the ultimate pair of black lace up boots. I'm 5,2 so would like a bit of height to them. I have wide flat feet size 36 or 31/2 and would need them light weight. I'd probably wear them with dresses and trousers.

I don't know if Tamaris is still available in the UK but they have loads.

I love the grenson ones but a bit too expensive. But willing to pay that for the perfect pair. I'm a Birkenstock wearer and did have a pair of lace up doc martens but gave them to my daughter as I think their fit isn't comfortable for my wide feet.

I bought these last year (slightly different) and they are lush- the leather is so soft, needed no wearing in.

My Clark's Orinoco's are still going strong and comfortably worn in so despite buying newer boots I always come back to these

@Trifle66 Have you looked at Birkenstock boots. I have 2 pairs and they're so comfy. I wear a size 4 and have very wide feet. No heel though
