Facial hair stuck under the skin

This is driving me mad. I used to just have a whisker here and there to pull and that was annoying but managed. Now I have several bristles that I know are there but they're stuck under the skin. Eventually I can usually get them out but makes me sore or I can't get them. Also the whiskers now are so hard to pull out of the skin. Is there anything anyone uses for this? Some miracle cream or special tweezer? I'm so fed up of it. I have PCOS so it's not going to get any better sadly.

Hi OP,
I feel your pain, it's so miserable. If you can afford it, I recommend electrolysis with a skilled therapist. The lower part of my face was covered in thick black hairs as well as lots of ingrown ones and my skin was destroyed from plucking. My self-esteem was on the floor.
I started weekly electrolysis 16 months ago, and now just need 10mins every 8 wks to catch the stragglers!
It's not pain-free, cheap or fast (not doing the best job of selling it here, lol), but it is genuinely the best thing I've ever done.
Anyway, just wanted to say that I'm really sorry you're going through this and I hope you find a solution!
