Inspired by the 'sick of looking tired' thread I wonder if we could do a sort of experiment in the style of the late great Michael Moseley and do just one thing to try to look better
Eg every day eat something that is good for our health, could be a handful of nuts or
A bowl of berries
A tin of Sardines
Some olives
A sweet potato
An avocado
Or a green tea
Whichever it is and then report back to see if it has made a difference or if anyone has said you look glowy?
I have boxed up some almonds and walnuts and going to start with that as a daily snack
Whatever you choose you must have it every day for at least a week
Let's prove you really are what you eat
