Fake leather leggings - what to wear?

I have a couple of Christmas nights out coming up next month. Just drinks so nothing fancy but I want to make a bit of an effort. I have a pair of dark brown fake leather leggings which I'm thinking of wearing but no idea what to wear with them. I've worn them a couple of times with a jumper but any other ideas?! If it helps I'm 39, average build, 5ft 4.

I bought a Zara embellished top (sleeveless) which is black.

Whistles Annie Sparkles jumpers are a good choice.
