It’s a nice account
but it’s not capsule is it? Surely if it was capsule, the woman would he be using stuff that she’d got in many different ways rather than just repeatedly buying more stuff.

I agree, I followed with the idea of planning a capsule wardrobe but have recently unfollowed her as she just constantly buys new items.

I hate the way she says "I have the perfect (eg) jeans for you" but won't say where the thing is from so you have to go hunting in her LTK page. SO ANNOYING.

Oh I know - but she could link stuff without the LTK interface which is so glitchy and annoying.

I agree, it’s a terrible app. But presumably keeping reusing things doesn’t make money for her.
I wonder how big her capsule is. I’d much rather hurt to avoid going to cheap shops like H&M spend some more maybe over 100 quid on a pair of trousers then keep showing us how she uses them. As it is, it’s very fast fashion.

I actually commented on one of her tiktoks last year saying that surely showing umpteen Primark sweaters was the opposite of a capsule wardrobe. She replied saying she wanted every price point to be accessible to people who follow her. I think when she started out it was about her being in her 40s and building a capsule wardrobe, but as her account grew she was able to monetise it. She used to say a bit about building a capsule wardrobe in the intro to each video but that’s been ditched. Really she should change her username!

Sophie the outfit repeater is more of a capsule wardrobe but I appreciate her style may be a bit more niche / not as mainstream (I love it). But it’s a capsule wardrobe for her I guess.

totally agree that the my capsule wardrobe account is just a full time shopping account 😁. Nothing capsule about it. Though I guess maybe you could take ideas from her videos to build your own capsule wardrobe. With a limited amount of purchases. I got a denim shirt after I’d seen her video on one and for me it’s formed part of my capsule wardrobe

What is an LTK page? I've just discovered Facebook reels and some of them refer to LTK page for details but I've no clue.

On TikTok if you click on their profile it’ll take you to a page of links. If they have an ltk set up that’s where their posts will be with links to stuff (clothes).

I wonder how much she earns from it. She’s annoying me with her general waffling on for ages before cutting to the chase. She used to be more to the point. She can talk for ages before getting any clothes to show these days.
