If your BMI is mid-range healthy, how do you feel about your body?

Just that really.

Mine is around 22. Been higher, although not overweight, but never lower.

Some days I'm pretty happy but wonder if I'm deluded, others I find plenty to criticise. I definitely don't feel slim.

When I was up near the top of the range, I always felt fat.

Would love to know how others feel.

@Taptaptapster I think there’s a difference depending on whether you’re at a healthy BMI but heavier than you’ve been in the past, or at a healthy weight having lost weight to get there. I think that influences how you feel about your weight.

Mines around 22, I'm 5'10, quite thick round the middle but that's probably age, big boned so not at all elegant, look best in longer tops and straight or wider leg jeans or cords, I'm size 14 and fairly happy, it could be a lot worse. Forgot to add, I'm mid 60s
