What to wear with this?

I bought this dress for a party and I really need some kind of jacket thing to go over it but nothing looks right- please can someone help me find something in a size 12.

I wouldn't wear a jacket with that. It should be worn on its own. Coat for travelling then just the dress.

You wear a leather jacket or your partner’s roomy coat over your shoulders to arrive, then discard it. The dress definitely isn’t meant to fit under anything else.

Yeah - that's what I was thinking- nothing will look right over it. Just worried I will be cold. Hmm- I have another option I might have to consider.
