Swimming costume recommendations (*not* a holiday one)

I've started swimming twice a week and am struggling to find a comfortable costume. I want one that preferably has a padded bust area (not a deal breaker though), isnt low cut at the front, and doesnt ride up my bum!

Can you lady swimmers recommend any please?

Landsend tugless are good ones. Can't remember if the bust is padded (it's my DD's not mine) but it has really good coverage and support. They normally have some sort of sale on.

I like Zoggs, I think I got mine from Sports Direct

Mailsport is worth looking at, they have a sale on at the moment. I'd go for a leg suit to stop the bum munching.

I got this one from Decathlon and I love it. It ticks all your boxes apart from the padded bust.

Second Lands End Tugless. They really dont budge.

I have a landsend one too. I really like it. I chose one that covers bust/ shoulders.

I love my speedo leg suits - no worries about stray hairs. No padded bust though u don't need to worry in that department

Boden are good.

Just got one from M&S move/ sports range. Black and purple either a racer back style - it's great

MissyB1 · 15/11/2024 10:13

My last zoggs one was too high on my bum sadly. I did look at the M&S good move ones but they still looked slightly high cut on the leg.
I've just been browsing the lands end tugless ones and think I'm going to give that a try. The images show good bum coverage!

I got one from yours clothing that I used throughout the summer and have no complaints, really comfortable and good quality. It didn’t move around too much so I didn’t have to worry about getting a wedgie or anything popping out. Also was wider cut at the front so no risk of any hairs showing if that’s a concern. I can go back through my orders and find it if you like

Best swim costumes are Arena

Speedo legsuit - love mine.

Londonmummy66 · 16/11/2024 22:30

I have this one - its comfortable has a padded bust (you can remove the pads) and longer legs so never rides up. Really comfortable https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/women-s-swimming-1-piece-swimsuit-heva-shorty-mexi-black/_/R-p-333276?mc=8646176&c=steel%20blue
