Autumn hair loss

Anyone else still dealing with this? Every year in Autumn I have a shed. I’ve cut my hair to a good length and yet still I am shedding. It’s worse on hair wash days :( I’m just wondering when it will stop. It seems to go on and on

Me! I moult every October/November. It’s really alarming when I see what comes out in the shower. I think I’m coming to the end of it now, but I have a freak out every Autumn.

Yes this happens to me every Oct/Nov... would love to know why!
