I have lost a lot of weight but sadly even with all my running I still have a wobbly tummy. I've seen firming body moisturiser but do they work? Will they help in anyway? Years ago there was some by a company called This Works but I can't find it now.

Face wise I have, overnight it seems, developed lines coming between my nose and lips. I'd like to plump them out? I use a serum on my fine forehead lines which seem to help but feel I need more here.

Any ideas? TIA.

My personal experience is that it’s the regularly moisturising and massage the area that helps form the skin.

But there’s only so much it can do. It won’t get rid of any fat under the skin, if that’s why it’s wobbly. Even if there’s very little fat it might not make it go back completely. I use a mixture of Nalas baby body butter and palmers body oil. After every shower.

I do my arms twice a day because I love the smell. And my arms have no loose skin and I have lost 3 stone recently. Not saying it worked, they could have gone back without doing that.

for your face do you use a retinol? It takes a while to work but is good. There’s not much you can do to completely get rid of lines, without filler and Botox. But retinol is good.

If you think the skin on your face might be dehydrated, drink lots of water and get hydrating products. I use a Hari Haru black rice toner, Skin1004 hula-cica serum, then a Vit C serum. Then a factor 50 sun screen that doubles as my moisturiser. I think the brand is called isn’t tree.

Then I use the toner and hydro serum at night , with a softening serum and then moisturiser at night. I have seen small improvements.

Thank you very much @Wednesdaysdrag that is really helpful. My face lines look like they are sunken. I don't even know why I am bothered. I've seen women decades younger than me with the same bits but it's like they have appeared overnight!

I think you need to think about exercising the tummy area to reduce the fat and firm it up - sit ups?

My tummy isn't far off flat tbh but it does wobble a bit. Sit ups are not an option.
