Anyone seen a ring like this? (Chanel thick gold band with gems)

I'm lusting after these gorgeous Chanel rings but wondering if anyone has seen a (much cheaper) high street version or could perhaps recommend a small bespoke jewellery making service that has similar work Could stretch to £250 as it's for a significant birthday but hoping under £200. Obviously not expecting gold or real gems for that price 😁

Not fussed about material it's only for occasion wear so as long as it looks pretty & is in budget I'm completely open.
