I’m trying to find a jacket in this style but not necessarily by this brand on vinted but I’m struggling.
I’ve tried bomber but all the results that bring up are fashion jackets rather than practical ones.
what would you search for?

A google search of 'Ariat stable jacket' brings up that jacket the first hit.

Stable jacket did the job
I knew ariat did them but I was looking for something without such obvious branding as they tend to have
