Mary Janes - what do you wear them with?

There are loads online (eg M & S and John Lewis) but what outfits do people wear them with? Trousers? Dresses?

Skirts, I think they can look a bit school shoes with trousers

Short skirts? Long? With tights? (I haven’t a clue!)

I'm not wearing them. They look nice but I hardly ever wear shoes any more. I only wear boots, trainers and sandals and my feet thank me for it.

I wear them with short kilt skirts or cropped Kick-flair trouser. And large sunglasses.

And a cashmere polo-neck.

Not sheer tights. As opaque as you can get.
