Pale no-iron blouses and shirts

I return to work from mat leave soon and really can't see myself having time for ironing. Does anyone have suggestions for white/off-white/other pale coloured blouses that don't crease?

I prefer natural fabrics and do have some great cotton jersey collared blouses that would fit the brief but they are bright and patterned and won't go with most of my work trousers and skirts.

Even better if there is anything in petite sizing that would work!

Shirts in Muslin, sometimes called double weave?

Thank you! I think most of those are probably a bit casual for my workplace (blouses/shirts need to look right under a jacket), but they're lovely - might get one for other occasions.
