Holiday clothes for DH...some advice please!

We're off to Majorca in a few weeks, and dh has next to no holiday clothes. (first time we've done the summer holiday thing)
He's got swim shorts, and a few t-shirts, but no other "holiday" clothes iyswim.

Dh is 6'4", slim with broad shoulders.

Any thoughts?

Birkenstock sandals great on men

Fimbo · 25/04/2008 20:00

My dh hates birkies

I don't think my dp has worn any kind of sandals since he was about 5. He currently wears espadrille type things or deck shoes in the summer. I am working on convincing him to get something "sandaly" for when we go to Greece but am not getting very far yet!

He wd prob look v nice in anything from Reiss, they are good for tall slim men

Thanks for all your suggestions

Tbh, I think birkenstocks etc will be a no go, but am not too worried as he has chosen a pair of nice flip flops (which is a big step for dh)
I've spoken to him, and have told him I will get shorts & shirts (he's already got quite a good selection of t-shirts)
Anyone would think I was trying to pull his teeth out

I've heard of some women not wanting to show their legs, never thought it would apply to men

Off to a retail park tomorrow (M&S, Next, River Island, Outfit & Cotswold) So heres hoping I can get it all sorted

Reiss is a good one for the future, but the nearest store is in Bristol (we fly on 9th May)

Thanks
